Notice of tender offer for the purchase of shares

We inform you that the published tender offer to purchase shares of the issuer "STANDARD" Inc. Sarajevo, a symbol STNSRK2. The bidder is "DELTA REAL ESTATE" Ltd. Beograd, Str. Miletnija Popovic no.7B , Belgrade-Novi Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Share capital of the issuer consists of a total of 1.142.956 ordinary shares, nominal value of 14,00 KM per share. The bidder is the owner of 761.417 ordinary shares, representing 66,6182% of the total number of shares. Tender Offer relating to 381.539 ordinary shares, which percentage is 33,3818%. Tender Offer relating to the shares where there is no cargo or the rights of third parties. Bidder agrees to purchase all the offered shares to tender offer, regardless of the number of shares offered. The offered price per share amounted to 13,87 KM or 99,07% of the nominal share value. Validity of the Tender Offer 14.08.2010. until 14.09.2010. year, which totals 31 days. The Company is authorized to collect responses to the tender offer, "Eurohaus" Ltd. Sarajevo, Str.
